Research On Evaluation Of Rural Vacation Sustainable Development

With the rapid development of China's tourism industry,it is in the transition from single sightseeing tour to leisure vacation.Rural holiday,as an important part of vacation tourism,has become one of the most important forms of tourism in recent years.Although developing the rural holiday in the short term can greatly promote the development of local economy,provide employment opportunities for local residents and improve living standards,we can't ignore that its rapid development has brought many problems simultaneously,such as singularity in the vacation tourism products,lack of necessary management,extinction of ethnic traditional culture,pollution of ecological environment,substitution of honest folk with commercial era forces,which will cause creative destruction ultimately and go against sustainable development of rural tourism.In view of so many problems of different aspects in the village resort,how to combine the idea of sustainable development with its own characteristics and put forward an indicator system for rural vacation sustainable development from the perspective of comprehensive management to conduct assessment and correct its future direction,has become an urgent need.Firstly,this paper analyzes correlative research from home and abroad and basic theories about sustainable development.At the same time,the core concept are clearly defined to fully grasp the profound connotation of the sustainable development of rural tourism resort,providing theoretical support for the construction of evaluation system of sustainable development of rural vacation resort.Secondly,combining with the development background of the rural resort in China and the general characteristics,and confirming the factors affecting the sustainable development of rural resort,the author puts forward the “economic-ecological-sociocultural-facilities development-destination management” framework model of sustainable development indicator system for rural resort.On this basis,the paper uses frequency statistical method to selects the high frequency index in the sustainable development evaluation system of studies both at home and abroad,and preliminarily determines the sustainable development index system of rural resort tourism.According to the primary index system,a questionnaire was designed to evaluate the importance of the index.Experts and scholars with professional knowledge of tourism were invited to mark the importance of the index,and expert interviews were conducted to complete the screening of two rounds of indicators.The indexes obtained by three times screening were tested repeatedly,and the weights of different indexes were given by analytic hierarchy process.In this way,the scientific and reliable indicator system of sustainable development for rural resort was completed.Finally,for further examination of constructing indicator system,this paper takes the Yuanjia village of Shaanxi Province as the case for empirical analysis.Based on the evaluation results of rural sustainable development as a tourist resort,the author makes diagnosis and puts forward some suggestions to further enhance the level of local sustainable development.The results of the study show that Yuanjia village is in the primary stage of sustainable development of rural holiday tourism.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the content of leisure entertainment and continuously innovate marketing channels,as well as adjust the industrial structure,and explore a more effective management system to improve the level of sustainable development.In practice,the indicator system of sustainable development for rural vacation constructed in this paper,is beneficial to the evaluation and comparison of several rural vacation destinations,as well as to promote the sustainable development of rural holiday destinations.It also provides a more comprehensive support system for the sustainable development of rural tourism industry.Theoretically,this paper is conducive to seeking the rules and mechanism of mutual restraint of various elements of rural vacation tourism,and it will further enrich and develop the theory of sustainable development of rural vacation tourism.
