Growth And Sustainability Of Yuan Jiacun’s Characteristic Towns

Characteristics of small towns is the current theoretical and practical research hot spot,in the process of building and development of the current characteristics of the town,there are many problems,such as the blind choice of projects,the extensive development mode,the rapid development of the phenomenon.Characteristic town is a clear development of the industry,cultural connotation,tourism and a certain community function of the development of the space platform,the development of a certain law to follow.In this paper,the development of the current relatively rapid Yuan village as the research object,based on the perspective of industrial agglomeration to explore the characteristics of the town’s growth and sustainable development.Through the field interviews and the relevant literature,the internal and external factors of Yuanjia Village’s early growth are clarified.The external factors are mainly the consumption environment,industrial background and opportunity of the market.The internal factors are mainly for the people’s participation and reasonable distribution mechanism.Factors contribute to the growth of Yuan Jiacun.On the basis of the analysis of the relationship between sustainable development and the theory of the relationship between industrial agglomeration and sustainable development,this paper uses the multiple regression model to measure the sustainable development of Yuan Jiacun.In the future,The Finally,based on the perspective of industrial agglomeration,this paper puts forward the mechanism,spatial layout and sustainable development of Yuanjiacun agglomeration evolution.The results show that: industrial agglomeration to promote the development of special towns,Yuan Jiacun industry needs to further expand on the basis of existing,to the embedded and integrated agglomeration change.agglomeration development,and thus enhance the sustainable development capacity.The particularity of Yuanjiacun growth,but also have some similarities in the sustainability of future development,through the analysis of Yuanjiacun growth and sustainable development,to a certain extent,the development of similar characteristics of the town have certain theoretical and practical significance.
