Research On The Current Situation Of Agricultural Machine Popularization And Improvement Countermeasures In Yantai Fushan

Agricultural mechanization is the main material and technical foundation of modern agriculture.And the quick development of agricultural mechanization deeply enhances our country's agriculture.The promotion of agricultural machinery aims to scientifically apply new idea,technology and machinery into modern agricultural system.The goal is to promote the modernization and mechanization of agricultural development.Thereby,it leads to the increasing of crop yields,saving of labor costs,and greatly increasing of farmers' income.Worldwide observation shows that developed countries enjoy a high level of mechanized agriculture,and the academic researches focus more on the effect of agricultural mechanization on labour productivity,labour level,farmers' income.The domestic scholars on the research of agricultural machinery popularization mainly include three aspects: firstly,we should pay more attention to the development and promotion of mechanization of agricultural machinery;secondly,the development process and policy support of agricultural machinery popularization should be treasured;thirdly,others research are about the problems and solutions of agricultural machinery popularization.There are few studies are about agricultural machinery popularization in Shandong and Yantai.The history of the agricultural machinery popularization in our country could be divided into four phases: the starting,the system transformation,the market guidance and the promotion according to law.It has the characteristics of fast development,wide popularization,continuous improvement of technology level and continuous improvement of system guarantee.However,there are still some problems,such as unbalance of regional popularization,lack of effective management,low professional quality of popularizing workers,lack of financial input,poor basic facilities and lack of market demand.The research based on the interview of employees of Fushan agriculture machinery department,town government,local companies,and farmers shows that the demand of agricultural machinery in farmers is very strong.Farmers also own some kinds of machinery.In addition,the study revealed a positive correlation between holdings of machinery and farmers' educational background as well as incomes.But the agricultural machinery popularization in Fushan can not meet the demand of farmers.Problems such asfew promotion workers,low professional quality of popularizing personnel,a relatively simple form of popularization,few understanding of agricultural machinery in farmers,few effective financial support,and tedious steps of agricultural machinery subsidies.The article advises taking solutions such as increasing publicity,providing training,increasing government support,innovating spreading model,and finding real demands of farmers in order to improve the agricultural machinery popularization in Fushan.
