Because satisfying customer heterogeneity issues has increased the complexity and difficulty of adaptability of traditional manufacturing systems,in order to solve this problem,manufacturing service has become the strategic orientation of the current manufacturing enterprise transformation and upgrading.In view of the characteristics of the synchronization of "industrialization" and "service" in Chinese manufacturing enterprises,it is the first problem to build what kind of service-oriented manufacturing system to adapt to the current development trend.As service-oriented manufacturing system how to streamline process to will becomes the core issue of this research.The answers to the two questions need satisfying not only to reflect the characteristics of manufacturing,but also to reflect the characteristics of the service to a greater extent.Based on these,this paper attempts to reconstruct the traditional manufacturing system by using the service blueprint technology successfully apply to the service system,which makes the traditional manufacturing system meet the characteristic of service manufacturing system,and then focusing on the process improvement research of the service manufacturing system.Focusing on the above research issues,firstly this study based on service-oriented manufacturing and service blueprint related literature,analyzing the drawbacks of traditional manufacturing systems to meet the needs of customer differentiation,defining service-oriented manufacturing system.Secondly,the service blueprint technology is introduced into the service-oriented manufacturing system,and constructing the service-oriented manufacturing system framework based on the service blueprint.Then,focused on the front and the back of the integrated service blueprint,the effective location method of visual demarcation line is given.Finally,based on the effective visual demarcation line location,improving the service oriented manufacturing system process.In accordance with the research ideas of constructing the system-analysis process-improving the process,through the analysis of the research problems,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Based on service blueprint of service-oriented manufacturing system architecture helps to put service provision and product manufacturing in the front stage and the back stage respectively according to the degree of customer contact activity.The interaction between supply and demand of the front stage improves the efficiency of the integrated solution;the back stage continuing the demand for the front desk reduces the operation cost.(2)Based on the service blueprint of the service oriented manufacturing system can effectively locate the visual demarcation line,separate the back stage product manufacturing and the front stage service customization,and realizing the change of the role of the front and back stage activities,that is,the background is transformed into a service production process,and the front desk is transformed into a custom service process.(3)Service-oriented manufacturing system processes activity effectively improve,not only enabling manufacturing companies to quickly meet customer heterogeneity requirements,while customers also can obtain differentiated high-quality services,and manufacturing companies can be in terms of customer participation,time,flexibility,cost and quality indicators all have improved.The improvement of service based manufacturing system process based on service blueprint helps enterprises to reexamine the existing product service delivery process,thus providing theoretical basis and application value for the transformation of service oriented manufacturing.
