In modern society,the market competition faced by enterprises becomes more intense.Market competition is both an opportunity and a challenge for enterprises.How to catch opportunities and answer challenges is a prerequisite for enterprises to gain a foothold in a perilous market.Talents have become one of the most important and core assets of enterprises.Therefore,only by implementing the talent strategy and establishing an efficient and complete staff training system for staff ability improvement,can the enterprises win the protection of competitive advantage.Mid-level managers,a vital link in enterprise management,shoulder a critical role.Thus,the improvement of their management and technology level is the top priority.How to manage human resources effectively has always been a major issue for business managers.New Green Energy Company,founded in 2010,is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development and utilization of clean energy.In recent years,the Company has enhanced the awareness of staff training,especially for mid-level managers.However,in practice,there are still many problems such as inconsistency awareness of training,backward training methods and means,and low training efficiency,etc.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the training of mid-level managers of New Green Energy Company.Based on the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad,the study of relevant research theories,as well as the full understanding of the existing organizational framework and human resources condition of New Green Energy Company,this thesis focuses on the mid-level managers,adopts Likert survey method to collect relevant information,analyzes the information and finds out many problems occurring in the training system for mid-level managers of New Green Energy Company: lack of attention to the training for mid-level managers,poor training satisfaction and imperfect training system for mid-level managers.As to the current problems and reasons,based on the actual situation,the thesis proposes the construction principles and process of training system and makes scientific design for training system for mid-level managers of New Green Energy Company from the following four aspects: training requirement analysis,training plan making,training plan implementation and training effectiveness evaluation.The thesis also puts forward several safeguard measures accordingly.
