Research On The Assessment And Promotion Strategy Of Equipment Manufacturing Innovation Ecosystem Health

Under the pressure of declining of China's economic momentum and fierce market competition,the equipment manufacturing industry has an urgent need for transformation and upgrading and innovation-driven development in China's provinces.However,the enterprise innovation is a goal which a single enterprise is difficult to achieve by itself,it needs to be achieved through the coordination,mutual complementarity and interaction between the enterprises and related partners.This has driven the competition in the province's equipment manufacturing industry to evolve from "enterprise debate" to "supply chain debate",and then upgraded to "innovation ecosystem debate",which has also prompted provincial equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation to network,systematize,and industrialize,and gradually forms the new paradigm of the equipment manufacturing industry innovation ecosystem.At present,the construction and development of the province's equipment manufacturing enterprise innovation ecosystem has achieved preliminary success,but the system's innovation dynamics,corporate management capabilities,innovation policies and other factors affect the overall development of the system,resulting in bigger gaps in provincial innovation capacity and development levels.So,how to assess and compare the provincial equipment manufacturing industry innovation ecosystem health,is an urgent problem related to the optimization and integration of innovative resources,and the improvement of innovation efficiency and capacity.In view of this,this article takes Shaanxi's equipment manufacturing industry as the research object,and comprehensively applies the relevant theories and methods of innovation ecosystem and ecosystem health assessment to evaluate the innovation ecosystem health and enhance its strategy.First of all,this paper sorts out and analyzes the literature and data in related fields such as equipment manufacturing industry,innovation ecosystem,and ecosystem health assessment.Based on this,it defines the concepts of equipment manufacturing innovation ecosystem and its health.Secondly,based on the research of the forming process and constituent elements of the innovation ecology of the equipment manufacturing industry,the system structure and its health influenc ing factors are analyzed.Then,on the basis of the existing evaluation index system,in combination with the characteristics of equipment manufacturing industry and the connotation of its innovative ecosystem health,selecting three criteria layers: system body health,system environment health,and overall system function health to build a evaluation index system for equipment manufacturing industry innovation ecosystem health,and the use of information entropy method to determine the weight of assessment indicators,use the relative closeness degree model based on TOPSIS method to calculate the system health,and use the obstacle diagnosis model to screen the dominant obstacles to the healthy and sustainable development of the innovation ecosystem factor.Then,take Shaanxi Province as an example,a study was conducted on the health assessment of the innovation ecosystem of equipment manufacturing industry from both vertical and horizontal dimensions.Finally,a series of strategies are put forward to improve the innovation ecosystem of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi in accordance to the future development goal of equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi and analysis results of the health assessment of the innovation ecosystem.In this paper,the ecosystem health concept is applied to innovative research field of the equipment manufacturing industry,which enlarges the application research of ecosystem health assessment areas,enriches the theoretical contents of innovation management theory of equipment manufacturing industry,and provides a brand-new angle and method to the sound development of equipment manufacturing industry.
