Research On Collaborative Innovation Of Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Industry Assessment

“Equipment manufacturing industry” is a noun with chinese characteristics,it was firstly proposed in the Crntral Economic Work Conference in 1998.The Equipment manufacturing industry is an important supporting industry for the development of the national economy and the needs of the national security,It is the basis of the entire industry,with industrial advancement and equipment first.As the cradle of the development of China's equipment manufacturing industry,Northeast China occupies an extremely important position in the development of the Northeast regional economy.Liaoning Province is an important part of the northeast old industrial base.Equipment manufacturing is the DNA of Liaoning Province.Liaoning has a long history of equipment manufacturing and a solid foundation for equipment manufacturing.In order to build Liaoning as China's “China Manufacturing 2025”pioneer area,closely following the current structural adjustment of the equipment manufacturing industry and the rejuvenation of the northeast old industrial base in the second season of the winter wind,the Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry has increased investment in innovation by increasing Talents,to take advantage of the rich basic conditions,and to take advantage of the province's inherent advantages of academics and financial advantages,to steadily move toward collaborative innovation.This article takes the technological innovation,industrial innovation system,and collaborative innovation as the theoretical cornerstones,and proceeds from the status quo of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,through the current status of the equipment manufacturing industry,innovation equipment including the equipment manufacturing industry,basic support strength,innovation transformation output,and external financing.Analysis of the current situation of collaborative innovation in the six aspects of the environment,external investment environment,and taxation environment,and found that the technical collaborative innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is facing insufficient investment in R&D funds,unbalanced input and output of innovation resources,and the lack of connection between academic research and technologydevelopment.And so many challenges.Next,based on the analysis of the status quo and problems,this paper analyzes six factors that affect collaborative innovation in equipment manufacturing,and builds a coordinated system coordination model for equipment manufacturing collaborative innovation,and establishes corresponding indicators for the model.system.In the empirical part,this paper separately estimates the coordination degree values of the compound systems of Liaoning's equipment manufacturing industry and its seven sub-industries.On this basis,in order to further clarify the specific reasons for the low collaborative innovation capability,this paper uses the internal collaborative innovation system and the external collaborative innovation system of each of the seven industries as a composite system to measure the degree of coordination of the composite system and find out the impact of different sub-industries.The main reason for its collaborative innovation capability.
