Research On The Development Strategy Of Hebei Bank Asset Management Business

In recent years,with the influence of government financial deregulation and strong supervision,the financial institutions are facing a new era of asset management.However,the Chinese financial market has not developed into a mature stage.Compared with western banks,there is still a huge gap in the Chinese banks,for instance,in the range and quality of wealth management products and employee performance management.In this dissertation,Hebei Bank,a city commercial bank is chosen to research on the asset management area.This dissertation will first compare the business model,product portfolio,and management pattern of asset management with western banks,and analyse the difference and weakness of domestic asset management business.Then,this dissertation will focus on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of asset management business of Hebei bank,in the area of product,market share and risk control ability.In view of the current situation of the development of Hebei bank asset management business,this paper explores its existing problems.On the basis of the transformation of the domestic bank asset management business from the single wealth management business to variable business,the future development direction and specific development strategy of the assets management business of Hebei bank are put forward.This dissertation will end with the future strategy for Hebei bank,in the area of product research,target market and human resource team-building,and give recommendations for the future development of asset management for Hebei bank.
