At present,the phenomenon of social poverty is still around the world.As the world's largest developing country,China rural poverty has been a prominent problem in the social and economic development.The poor are mainly concentrated in the rural areas where the level of economic development is relatively low.Since reform and opening up,our country has carried out large-scale poverty alleviation,which has greatly alleviated rural poverty.At the same time,the task is still arduous for poverty alleviation.Family as the basic form of social organization,due to various reasons,poor families getting out of poverty is still a long way to go.In April 2016,the general office of the central committee of the communist party of China,issued by the general office of the state council Opinions on the Establishing of the Poor Exit Mechanism was formulated in accordance with the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,and implemented precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation.Recognized as a standard,the establishment of strict,standardized and transparent mechanism for the withdrawal of poverty,to down the poor population by 2020 before the orderly exit to ensure that the goal of withdrawing poverty as soon as possible.So,this paper studies on the exit mechanism of rural poor family,with Xintian county,DaWan Villageof Hunan province as a sampling survey.According to the survey of the theoretical research and actual situation,from the respect such as poverty,social forces,the government put forward some construction of rural poverty family exit mechanism is feasible and effective Suggestions.Poor rural families exit mechanism construction of China's vast countryside and achieve precise poverty alleviation has the theory guiding value and practical significance.Thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,introducing the research background,literature review,summarizing the related status of rural poverty family exit mechanism research at home and abroad.The second part discusses the definition of poverty and the exit mechanism,including rural poor families to exit the situation and the existing problems.The third part is the analysis of reasons,including external factors and internal factors.The fourth part discusses which Xintian county DaWan Village poor families out of scheme,the problems and perfect measures.The fifth part of the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the rural poor families exit mechanism.
