Study On The Development Evaluation And Difference Of New Urbanization In Guangdong Province

In recent years,Guangdong province's foreign economy with "The Belt and Road,developed countries" industrialization ",Shanghai free trade zone was set up to challenges in the development of urbanization,the gap between urban and rural areas,lack of coordination of regional development,infrastructure is not perfect,a series of problems such as urban diseases also affect the healthy development of the economy of Guangdong.Taking the new urbanization development road,Guangdong can make the new advantages of the development,the transformation and upgrading of the industry,the solution of the legacy of the traditional urbanization and the realization of the "people-oriented" development model.The article mainly combs the theoretical achievements and research methods of the new urbanization of foreign and domestic scholars.In the current situation analysis of the new urbanization in Guangdong Province,it is found that the urbanization rate is increasing,the economic growth is growing,the urban carrying capacity is promoted and the effect of ecological protection is obvious,the quality of public service and the life of the residents are improved,and the effectiveness of the "two" coordinated development is enhanced and the science and technology is enhanced.The driving force of innovation is increasing.There are urgent problems in the development of urbanization,such as the low quality of urbanization,the obvious difference of urbanization development,the gap between urban and rural development and so on.Therefore,the method of principal component analysis is selected to establish a new urbanization development evaluation index system to analyze the development of new urbanization in Guangdong province.The selected 22 urbanization indexes cover five aspects of population development,economic development,basic public service,ecological environment and urban and rural coordination.The empirical results show that the selected 22 indexes are for the development of new urbanization in Guangdong Province in the 2007-2016 year.There are obvious differences in evaluation,and the difference in the contribution of each index to the development of new urbanization in different periods leads to the difference in the evaluation score of the new urbanization development of the 21 citiesin the past years.But most of the indexes are more significant to the new urbanization in different periods.Most of the indicators of population,economy,ecological greening,public service and urban and rural coordination contribute to the development of the new urbanization.The contribution of the three small indexes of basic public services,ecological environment and urban and rural coordination to the development of new urbanization needs to be improved,and 2007-2016 The overall score of the annual development assessment is fluctuated and developed by the variance contribution rate of the principal component,the population development,the economic development,the basic public service,the ecological environment,the urban and rural coordination,and the influence of the policy.The difference of urbanization development in the region has not changed obviously.In order to verify the regional development differences in the development of new urbanization in Guangdong Province,the variance analysis method is used to divide the economic developed degree according to the level of per capita GDP,and the hypothesis of the difference in the development of new urbanization in different regions is put forward,and the regional differences of the new urbanization development are verified by the hypothesis test.Finally,according to the research results of this paper and the actual situation in Guangdong Province,the policy suggestions are put forward to promote the development of new urbanization in Guangdong province from six aspects: improving the quality of urbanization development,accelerating the formation of urban population,strengthening the construction of regional infrastructure,strengthening the ecological protection and governance,coordinating the gap between urban and rural development and promoting the development of scientific and technological innovation.
