Study On The Relationship Between New Urbanization And The Development Of Third Industry In Hunan

In recent years the research on new urbanization of domestic scholars mostly focus on the measure of the new urbanization,there is a little research on the relationship between the new urbanization and the development of the third industry,there is fewer research between the third industry level and urbanization.Hunan Province is important in the central area,the level of urbanization and the level of the third industry are all below the national average.How to adjust the industrial structure and accelerate the development of urbanization have practical significance.Based on the study of domestic and international literature reading about new urbanization and the development of the third industry of,I expounds the main theories used in this paper,lay a good foundation for empirical research,and discusses the mechanism of the new urbanization and the development of the third industry.Then analysis the status of new urbanization in Hunan province and the third industry development,construct a evaluation system of new urbanization in Hunan province,then evaluate score of 1991-2015 new town development level of Hunan Province from different aspects,found that last 25 years the new urbanization level has been increasing.And put forward the problems between the development of Hunan Province and advantages in the future development.Generally speaking,the new urbanization and the third industry in Hunan province have developed rapidly in recent years,and have made great progress.However,there are some problems such as uneven regional development and disparities with China's average level.Finally,the empirical analysis of the level of new urbanization and the development of the third industry,selected indicators such as the new urbanization comprehensive score,third industry employment population proportion and third industry added value,accounting for GDP proportion.Found that the score of new urbanization in Hunan province and the accounts of third industry employment population have long-term stability,and grey correlation degree in the third industry and the first level is 0.8535,the most close relationship,and the grey correlation degree in third industry and second level is 0.5633,the lowest correlation.That is,the employment of financial,real estate and insurance industry plays a less important role in the development of urbanization in Hunan Province,and there exists an irrational hierarchy in the development of the third industry in Hunan province.Finally Put forward the following policy recommendations for the better relationship between new urbanization and the development of the third industry in Hunan province:to break the institutional barriers,and actively promote the population urbanization;intensify the construction of urban infrastructure,improve the level of urbanization;improve the internal structure of third industries,increase the construction of modern service industry;to guide the different levels of the city together,seek common development.
