Research On Nanan Quality And Safety Supervision Of Agricultural Products In Production Process

As the primary products of food,agricultural products play an important role in people's daily life.In order to strengthen supervision of produce quality safety,the government departments formulate a series of policy.There are a series of links in agricultural products quality and safety supervision.Production process is one of the most important agricultural product quality safety supervision links.The effectiveness of the production process supervision directly affect the overall effect of the agricultural products quality and safety supervision.According to the division of duties,the department of agriculture shall bear the production of agricultural products quality and safety supervision work.Most of domestic or foreign researchers do the research in the whole process supervision on the quality and safety of agricultural products.Few researchers do the research in a specific region of agricultural products quality and safety supervision.This paper uses information asymmetry theory,government regulation theory,seamless government theory.Through literature research,interview,do the research of Nanan quality and safety supervision of agricultural products in production process.Firstly,analyze the regulatory agencies,the regulatory object,the main approach of regulation,regulatory effect.Then the paper points out there are some main problems in the quality and safety supervision of agricultural products through the study.The comprehensive ability of supervising subject is low.Detection capability is lacked.Regulatory way of agricultural inputs is single.The system of origin allowed is difficult to implement.Then the paper analyses the reasons.By learning good experience from some agions at home and abroad,this paper gives some suggestions to improve the regulation of agricultural products.Firstly,improve the construction of supervision team.Second,improve the testing system.Third,improve the regulatory mechanism in agricultural inputs.Finally,improve the relevant conditions of produce area.
