As one of the first 24 historical and cultural cities announced by the state council,Quanzhou has abundant historical and cultural resources.In this paper,on the basis of the theory of culture,cultural identity,the urban management theory,brand building,brand,marketing and other related theory and knowledge,through literature induction,case analysis and comparative analysis methods,focusing on the analysis of Quanzhou culture and city brand relationship,analysis of Quanzhou city branding cultural resources and cultural factors,put forward under the background of Hester the culture of Quanzhou city branding strategy.As a maritime silk road starting point city,Quanzhou is now in the national implementation of the "area" period of strategic opportunities,by using the experience of domestic and foreign well-known city of successful brand building,to build cultural platform,the development of cultural tourism,make a fist brand culture strategy,implement the function of the culture of Quanzhou city branding to the practical application level,for the sustainable development of Quanzhou economy under the new normal provide theoretical support and practical guidance.Quanzhou has a good tradition and rich experience in inheriting and protecting historical and cultural resources.With the development of economy and society,the research and inheritance development of Quanzhou historical and cultural resources have entered a new development period,which has a positive influence on the shaping of Quanzhou city brand.This article through to Quanzhou city branding,culture present situation,problems and reasons of the influence factors of the thorough analysis,put forward the culture of Quanzhou city branding strategy,make the cultural resources within the jurisdiction of Quanzhou in Quanzhou city to play a positive role in brand building,to become the booster and effective way to Quanzhou city branding,promoting the development of Quanzhou culture and city brand hand in hand,mutual promotion,make in the process of brand building in the city of Quanzhou,a greater focus on promoting cultural taste of the city and cultural connotation of digging,out of a city brand road to culture.
