The structure of this study is following.The first part is introduction,including the meaning of this topic,research status and the research program.The second part is literature review,followed by the analyses of questions in supply chain finance project.The next parts are the managerial policies to optimize the questions and the conclusion.We had five conclusions.The first one is about the rules for the project.For example,the rules for information are accurate,complete and timely.We,secondly,argue we need to optimize the method of finding and managing stakeholders through qualitative and quantitative approaches.We can classify our stakeholders,by qualitative method,to five classes: gold customers,star customers,mature customers,potential customers and developing customers.Furthermore,a quantitative model is established to measure the attitude of the stakeholders and the stakeholders through the customer life cycle value.After the establishment of the model and the identification of stakeholders,in order to ensure the development of communication,it is necessary to have rules for the project communication management from the beginning.Specifically,we can carry out brainstorming,expert interviews,expert group as the representative of the way to have mutual understanding,and grasp the stakeholder needs and the preferences of information.In the overall planning of communication management,finance companies need to change the existing organization system,establish a strong matrix organization mode at least in the project team,and strive to take the form of communication organization from the Y type to comprehensive communication type.In addition,the project also needs to establish a complete incentive system and have the corresponding team culture.As a strong matrix organizational system,the project managers should have a certain amount of authority in the project team members' remuneration.It is essential to increase the project manager in the performance evaluation of the decision-making.The project team should establish a correct,fair and efficiency,the values of dedication,and form a good atmosphere of harmony,so that employee canhave different opinions freely.Finally,the conclusions are discussed and the shortcomings of the research are discussed.
