Economic development needs not only the increase of quantity,but also needs more qualitative leap,which requires advanced technology as the driving force.All Countries in the world support enterprise's technological innovation,and promote their technological innovation vitality,especially support small and medium enterprises to make them become the most dynamic part of the economic subject.Technology innovation has a vital role in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Whether small and medium-sized enterprises have their own core competitiveness and technology innovation ability has been an important factor determining the long-term,sustained,stable and healthy development.In view of the above factors,this dissertation chooses R Company as a study case,then introduces the present situation of the enterprise and the development of technology innovation and achievements.On this basis,this dissertation analyzes the problems of enterprise technology innovation and the causes of the problems.Products,Lack of innovative talents,Innovation model simplification are the main problems of R Company technology innovation.These problems are also the problems of many small and medium-sized enterprises in technological innovation.In order to solve these problems,this dissertation puts forward the corresponding solutions,which include speeding up the product upgrading,setting up the talent training mechanism,increasing innovation investment,actively developing external cooperative innovation and building system of scientific research achievements transformation.The fundamental starting point of R enterprise technology innovation is to make enterprises having certain competitiveness in the market,and ensure the survival and development of enterprises by increasing its own technical strength.
