Case Study On The Automated Innovation Management Of E Company

Since 2006,China has surpassed Japan to become the world's largest printed circuit boards(PCB)manufacturing base.In 2017,China's PCB industry accounted for 58.6% of the world's total and has become the main driving force for the development of the global printed circuit board industry.With the increasingly stringent requirements of the international community for environmental protection and the continuous advancement of global industry 4.0,China's printed circuit board industry is facing more and more urgent practical problems of automated innovation management.How to improve production efficiency through automated innovation management has become an important issue for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized printed circuit board enterprises in China.As the world's leading electronic material supplier,E company is committed to the development,manufacture and sales of copper clad substrate and semi curing sheet,both of which are important basic materials for the production of printed circuit board(PCB).In order to speed up the upgrading of the company's products and improve production efficiency,the company decided to establish an automatic innovation management team in 2016 to carry out automatic innovation management on workshop equipment,etc.This paper takes E company as the research object,and makes a case study on its automatic innovation management.First of all,introduce the basic situation of E company and automation innovation management cases,and put forward the problems in the process of automation innovation management,including the lack of investment in automation innovation management resources,the nonstandard automation innovation management process,the poor cooperation effect of automation equipment suppliers,the lack of automation innovation values and atmosphere,etc.Then,using the theory of technology innovation management and innovation culture,this paper analyzes the causes of E company's Automation Innovation Management,including the lack of practical attention to automation innovation management,the lack of risk management,the lack of partner management mechanism and the lack of automation innovation management culture construction.Finally,in view of the above problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the solutions of E company's automatic innovation management,including improving the emphasis of automatic innovation management,standardizing and improving the automatic innovation management process,establishing the strategic cooperation mechanism of supplier partners,and strengthening the construction of the company's automatic innovation management culture.Through the case study of E company automation innovation management,we can not only provide practical development ideas and plans for the follow-up management of automation innovation,but also provide reference for similar manufacturing enterprises to implement automation innovation management.
