In 2007,the Communist Party of China(CPC)reported in the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that the basic national policy of opening up to the outside world,it is the integration of 'coming in' and 'going out',expanding the open field,optimizing the open structure,improving the open quality,internal and external linkage,mutual benefit and win-win open economy system,the formation of economic globalization under the conditions of international economic cooperation and competition in the new advantages.This indicates China's foreign trade and investment will put "going out" strategy in a more importa nt position.ELEC company mainly is engaged in large-scale outdoor solid waste garbage bin design and manufacturing and export.From the beginning of the establishment of the company firmly implement the strategic objectives: on basis of domestic manufacturing advantages,opening up the international high-end market.In this "going out" strategy to promote the critical period,by many years of hard work in the field of foreign trade manufacturing enterprises,ELEC hopes to take advantage of the national policy to seek business transformation and evolution.ELEC company is located in the middle of Zhejiang hardware industry that belong to Yongw ujin hardware industry belt,therefore,the "going out" strategy to enhance the practice of ELEC company competitive strategy,for the traditional hardware manufacturing enterprises to follow the strategy of "going out" direction,adapt to the changing market environment,timely upgrade has a very important reference.Under the background of "going out" strategy,this article aims at dealing with the rapidly changing market environment,uses SWOT analysis and SPACE matrix analysis as the tools of strategic direction to analyze the problems and difficulties faced by ELEC company in the "going out" strategy.On this basis of above,this paper will use the theory of total cost leading theory,differentiated competition theory and complex adaptive system theory to clarify the strategic goal of ELEC's future development and put forward the focus and route map of the company's competitiveness.This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter focuses on the research background,purpose,meaning,methods,framework and so on.The second chapter focuses on combing the relevant analysis tools and theories.The third chapter focuses on enterprise SWOT analysis.The fourth chapter focuses on enterprise SPACE analysis.The fifth chapter focuses on the theoretical analysis of CAS.The sixth chapter focuses on the use of relevant strategic theory to propose ELEC company's strategic objectives and strategic strategy.Finally,the main conclusions and prospects are given.
