Under the condition of modern market economy,the competition of enterprises is the competition of talents after all,can be said that the human resource has become the core competitiveness of enterprises,human resources management has become the core competitiveness of enterprises to maintain and develop the most active and key factors involved,the increasingly significant strategic position.In the enterprise human resources technical staff plays an important role in promoting the development of enterprises,technical staff to provide the technology with its professional technology,knowledge and skills for enterprise development support,technology development and technical services,promote these technological achievements into practical productive forces of enterprises,so the implementation of scientific and effective management of technical staff has become the proper meaning of the development of modern enterprises.Based on the technical staff of HW company as the research object,first introduced the research background,purpose and significance of the research,through these basic elements can provide theoretical support and value basis for performance management of the technical staff of HW company,then in the overview of related theories of performance management part is mainly introduced the performance and the related concept of performance management,and the technical staff and the performance appraisal methods in detail.Then,the questionnaire survey was used to investigate the technical staff satisfaction of HW company,and analyzed the problems in the process of performance management of the company's technical staff.Finally,the paper uses related theory to analyze how the performance assessment system of the technical staff of HW company to design,and the performance evaluation index system and the index weight of the set;in the implementation of performance appraisal of technical staff of HW company.This part mainly analyzes the appraisal process.And put forward the security staff performance appraisal technology the company carried out smoothly and orderly safeguard measures and systems.
