The rapid development of technology and economy has set off a wave after wave of change trend,and the business environment has an unprecedented uncertainty and turbulence.In order to achieve sustainable development,enterprise organizations should respond in time and effectively implement the change.The failure rates of organizational change are estimated to be as high as two-thirds of all initiatives,and the low success rate is frequently judged to be an implementation failure,employees is the executor of the strategy,the effect of their attitudes and behaviors can't be underestimated.For this reason,the employee role behavior has always been a common concern of theory and practice.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of employees' role behavior from the perspective of communication.Introduce the framing as an oft-used technique in communication,discuss how the change-related self-efficacy will affect employee role behavior under different framing context.Such research ideas is due to the uncertainty of organization development in the process of change,organizational development is full of all kinds of uncertainty,for employees to easily be confused to the enterprise organization and their own development,timely understanding of enterprise's development direction and goal of provide directional guidance for their work.Therefore,communication is indispensable in the process of change.Framing is an oft-used technique in communication,how to use the framing,strengthen the employees' self-efficacy,and make employee to provide the behavior of the strategic needs,Whether the manager can through the leader-members exchange to control and manage the process is the research content of this article.In this paper,we first review the related research on framing,self-efficacy,employee role behavior and leader-member exchange.On the basis of putting forward the hypothesis,model and research method of the article,using questionnaire to collect data,and through further analyze the data and hypothesis test,finally get the following conclusion:1.The nature of framing has significant influence on change-related self-efficacy2.The source of framing has significant influence on change-related self-efficacy3.In the context of positive-internal framing and positive-external,lead-member exchange is moderator between change-related self-efficacy and employee role behavior.4.In the context of negative-internal framing and negative-external,lead-member exchange is not the moderator between change-related self-efficacy and employee role behavior.At the end of the article,the paper discusses the research results and puts forward the corresponding management recommendations.Based on the limitations of the study,the future research directions and research priorities are prospected.
