At the end of 2016,the trust assets managed by 68 trust companies in the country reached 20.22 trillion yuan,and the trust industry entered the era of “20 trillion yuan”.As one of the important members of China's financial system,the trust industry has become an important tool of finance servicing entity economy and an important channel for the preservation and increment of national wealth after six cleaning and rectification,constantly repositioning,giving play to the advantages of trust system and optimizing resource allocation means,the space and potential of future development is huge.How to grasp the market opportunity,speed up the business transformation and return to the trust origin has become the core issue which every trust company pays attention to at present.Based on the strategic perspective,this paper focuses on the business transformation of KL Trust Company.Firstly,based on China's trust industry,analyze the overall situation,the industry's market and regulatory environment,and find out the transformation of the trust industry is imperative through the external environment analysis;based on the KL Trust Company itself,analyze its development status including the basic conditions,operating conditions and business performance,benchmarking with leading enterprises in development level,profitability and business structure to look for gaps;through internal and external analysis,find out the existing problems of KL Trust Company's business development and analyze its causes,and then lead to the necessity of its business transformation.Secondly,using the SWOT analysis model to analyze KL Trust Company,the author thinks that it has advantages of location,shareholder,management,corporate culture and disadvantage of salary incentive mechanism,faces the opportunities brought by guidance of the national “13th Five-Year” plan,strong demand of wealth management market,population aging,promulgation and implementation of charitable laws and regulations and the threats posed by changes in the macroeconomic environment and reform of financial marketization;the strategic objectives of KL Trust Company are expounded,and the business strategic transformation thinking is clarified by SWOT analysis and supervision guidance;through repeated research and reflection on various business models,choose asset securitization,private equity investment,family trust,pension trust and charitable trust as the business strategic transformation direction of KL trust company,and have a tentative idea on the path of all kinds business mentioned above.Finally,put forward a lot of safeguard measures for the business strategic transformation of KL Trust Company: through rebuilding the organizational structure,implementing the market-oriented incentive mechanism,building the information system based on large data and perfecting the comprehensive risk management system to improve the hardware;through reshaping the R & D system,building a learning organization and keeping enterprise culture construction to strengthen the internal organs;and help KL Trust Company to realize the business transformation through the synergy with other financial companies.. |
