| With the development of economic globalization,economic and trade exchanges between countries are becoming more and more frequent.In order to make better use of domestic and foreign resources to develop their economies,cooperation between countries has become more frequent.On the one hand,Thailand and China are adjacent to each other in the ground and have geographical advantages.On the other hand,China and Thailand are friendly.In recent years,China has speeded up the implementation of the "go global" development strategy,the establishment of the China free trade area and the implementation of the "go global" strategy for China,providing new opportunities for China's direct investment in ASEAN and for the active development of China's direct investment in Thailand.At present,China has become one of the countries with strong direct investment in Thailand.From 1987 to 2006,direct investment from Thailand to China has been relatively low in Thailand compared with other countries and regions.China's direct investment in Thailand has grown to more than 2,500 in 2016 from 278.China in Thailand investment in enterprises such as TCL,Huawei,Huayuan.At present,the number of state-owned enterprises,private enterprises and joint-stock enterprises from China is increasing gradually in Thailand.The direct investment from China has some effect on the economy of Thailand.Nevertheless,China's direct investment in Thailand was a win-win situation that could benefit both China and Thailand.But what influences China's investment in Thailand?Therefore,this paper takes China's direct investment in Thailand as the research object,through analyzing the current situation of China's direct investment in Thailand,then analyzes the influencing factors,and finds out the problems of China's direct investment in Thailand,and analyses the causes of the problems,finally puts forward the countermeasures.This could provide theoretical guidance for China's direct investment in Thailand. |
