With the era of knowledge economy coming,the competition among enterprises gradually shifts from resources and channels to talents.As a technology research and development enterprise,high-tech talents are much-valued.For the strategic needs of the enterprise,the overall assessment on enterprises and a talent-oriented comprehensive performance evaluation system are not only the demands of today's society but also the guarantee of the company to occupy the market enhancing its competitiveness.This article which takes H Internet technology company as the main research object uses case analysis as the main research method,and designs the company performance evaluation system according to the company's strategic development requirements.First of all,this article introduces the background and significance of the research,and then formulates the research method with the reality of the company.Afterwards,it makes a concrete analysis of the existing performance evaluation of H Internet technology company by questionnaire,interview method,and the strategy map.Based on Balanced Scoreboard theory and key performance indicators theory,this paper establishes the performance evaluation system of H Internet Technology Company from the four dimensions which are finance,customer,internal operation,learning and growth.Relying on the characteristics of the company's strategic development,this article develops a performance evaluation program including the general level,the departmental level and the staff level.On this basis,as the matter of the development of H Internet technology companies in recent years,the article scientifically evaluates the company's index data through AHP,designing a performance evaluation system in line with the current development of the company.Finally,according to the research results,the article puts forward the implementation steps and supporting measures of the Balanced Scorecard in the concrete implementation process to ensure the smooth implementation of the system.
