Research On The Risk Prevention Of The External Technology Integration Of Chinese Machine Tool Manufacturing Industry

Chinese machine tool manufacturing enterprises have many advantages,such as high production efficiency,high production quality,convenient and fast.But because of the ability of independent development is still weak,the technology is not yet fully grasp the key parts,in order to conform to the trend of the times and the needs of machine tool manufacturing enterprises in China need to improve its processing technology,cutting-edge technology to obtain high technology integration through external means,improve the level of core technology,enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes the external technology integration risk of machine tool manufacturing enterprises as the research object,and takes the technological integration process of the north one machine tool factory to Germany's Burger as a case,and carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the risk of technology integration.According to the different stages of integration,this paper divides the risk of external technology integration into three categories: technology identification risk,technology transfer risk and technology R & D innovation risk,and carries out the analysis of the risk causes.On the basis of the analysis of the cause of risk,this paper combines the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the risk evaluation index system,and quantifies the indexes according to the questionnaire,and makes a comprehensive evaluation on the level of risk according to the degree of danger.The application of risk assessment system is verified by taking the case of merger and acquisition in north one as an example.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding preventive measures against the three major risks and various influencing factors.
