We begin late and have little experience in manufacture project management in the fields like production of large machine tool in china. We are bewildered by making it adapt to the situation of our country and reaching the real intention of project management. Consequently, we must analyze and study it to help the manufacture companies make full use of the powerful tool--project management to increase their efficiency and benefit.Based on the in-depth understand to the Shenyang machine-manufacturing enterprises this paper analyzes the conditions and characteristic of machine-manufacturing project management. Also, it shows the necessary of the conversion from traditional plan management thought to multiple projects management thought and the character and elements of production management with multiple projects. In order to meet the actual demands of machine tool manufacturer, this paper comprehensively applies the theoretical knowledge and management practices of management principles, project management, customization production management to analyze and study project risk management of machine-manufacturing customization production, and bring forward the theory, content and method in project management of project risk management in large machine tool production.The methods of risk estimation and evaluation are one of the focal points of study in project risk management and this paper as well as in this paper. Now methods of risk estimation and evaluation such as equal risk curve, PERT method, analytic hierarchy process, comprehensive evaluation method, fault tree analysis, Monte Carlo simulation and so on are commonly used. This paper focuses on the application of fuzzy Mathematics in the project risk evaluation, and study specifically the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. It also discuss the applications of those methods in practice in order to provide some practical methods of risk management to project management of machine tool manufacturer and help to improve the level of theories in the project risk management of customization production.
