Research On Development Strategy Of Petrochemical Industry In Panjin City

The influence of the petrochemical industry on the formation of regional economy is very strong and plays an important role in the national economy.After more than half a century of development,China's petrochemical industry has built a complete industrial system,which has become increasingly important in the national economy and ranks among the world's largest petrochemical countries.Panjin is a emerging oil developed by petroleum chemical industry city,after thirty years of development,regional economy has been rapid development,however,environmental pollution,resource attenuation problem such as structural imbalance has become increasingly obvious.Faced with such a serious situation and challenge,Panjin petrochemical industry must establish an oil and petrochemical development strategy and management model suitable for China.In the research process,the paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,descriptive data analysis,SWOT analysis,comparative analysis and inductive deduction analysis.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the meaning,purpose and background of the topic,and introduces the literature and research methods.In the second part,the development of petrochemical industry in Liaoning and Panjin is studied.The problems and causes of the development of petrochemical industry are analyzed.The third part,Uses the method of SWOT,from Ningbo,Singapore Jurong island experience,petrochemical industry is relatively developed city of Panjin petrochemistry industry in the development of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges facing research analysis,making development strategy plan.The fourth part,aiming at the development strategy of the petrochemical industry in Panjin city,puts forward the safeguard measures for the development strategy of Panjin petrochemical industry.The petrochemical industry development in Panjin still has problems such as unreasonable industrial structure,poor ability to transform scientific and technological achievements,increasingly severe environmental problems,and imperfect supporting facilities.These problems are caused mainly by the fact that industrial structures are too resource-dependent and corporate technological innovations.The capacity is not strong,the industrial energy consumption is high,and the development of the supporting service industry is lagging behind.After the analysis of existing problems and causes and SWOT analysis,it is believed that the development strategy of the petrochemical industry in Panjin should be adjusted from an extension-oriented development strategy to an open sustainable development strategy.Therefore,the development of the petrochemical industry in Panjin should draw on the experience of developed regions and adhere to the combination of market operation and government guidance.Adhering to the principle of "sustainable development,market orientation,regional coordination and safe and green development".Taking the industrial chain as the link to promote the development of the whole industry chain of petrochemical industry from oil and gas processing,organic chemical,polymer,chemical new materials to fine chemical industry.By adopting innovation system mechanism,vigorously promotes the project construction,promote industrial upgrading,intensify security environmental protection,promote scientific and technological innovation,strengthen organizational leadership and other specific measures to guarantee Panjin petrochemistry industry rapid development.
