Development Strategic Research Of Petrochemical Industry For HuaBei Oil Field

Petrochina has been developing at very fast speed since its reform in 1999. But theproblems exposed are that the enterprises can not develop evenly in the area. Theseproblems restrict Petrochina from developing continuously, healthily and steadily. It alsoreflects the shortcomings existing in development strategy in Petrochina. So it is necessaryto solve the problems from the strategy management point of view.The article aims at the situations in Huabei Oil Field. At first it summarizes thedifficulties in surviving and developing in Huabei Oil Field in recent years, and analyzesthe problems existing in strategy management in Huabei Oil Field. It also undertakestheoretical research to strategy management. Then the article analyzes in detail the strategydeveloping petrochemical industry in Huabei Oil Field and discusses the necessities andadvantages developing petrochemical industry in Huabei Oil Field using BD matrix andSWOT analytical method.Hoping that through the research to the strategy management in Huabei Oil Field, itcan provide beneficial reference to coordination management of other areas in Petrochina.
