Rural Food Safety Study On Government Regulation Is Sues In Linhe District,Bayan Nur City

Food safety has been a concern.The 19 th Party Congress report,Implement food safety strategies so that people can rest assured.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the issue of agricultural products and food safety is the bottom line.Agricultural products and food safety are both output and managed.But in the final analysis,they are the output.We must strengthen source control,improve the supervision system,and implement all tasks.The long-standing existence of urban-rural separation in our country has caused the uncoordinated economic and social development in urban and rural areas.Among them,the supervision of food safety in rural areas is the weakest link in China's food safety regulatory system.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the supervision of rural food safety,selects Linhe District of Bayan Nur City as an example,and at the same time,combines the regional characteristics of Bayan Nur City,expounds the problems,causes,and countermeasures of rural food safety supervision in Bayan Nur City.The problems in food safety supervision in rural areas and agricultural products planted in Bayan Nur City have been studied using case studies,literature research methods,and interviews,which have comprehensively studied the supervision of rural food safety,and used the principles of overall governance and government regulation.Analyze rural food safety supervision,and consider that while perfecting the government regulatory system and market regulation mechanism,we must also introduce public forces into the field of food regulation as a complement to the government and the market in the event of double failures in food safety supervision.At the same time,we propose the use of HACCP,GAP.GMP management theory,supervision of food safety,strengthening of source supervision,combined with advanced agriculture,rich agricultural resources,a high proportion of agricultural products processing industry,and a large rural population,the actual situation,it is recommended to increase agricultural product cultivation and processing,rural food safety supervision,These are also the positive meaning of this article.
