Social Transformation Of Agriculture And Animal Husbandry In Right Qorqin Middle Banner

The production of agriculture and animal husbandry is related to the social development of rural pastoral areas in China,and it also affects the level of the national economy.Since the comprehensive socialist transformation in all nationalities of China in 1953,the development of agriculture and animal husbandry has undergone a great transformation.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is a multi-ethnic populated area which Mongolian nation is the indigenous people.The development of agriculture and animal husbandry also shows different characteristics.After the historical changes,Inner Mongolia gradually formed to three different economic regions such as agricultural areas,pastoral areas and semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas.The Right Qorqin Middle Banner belongs to the semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral area.This article mainly examines the conditions and causes of the production of agriculture and animal husbandry during the period of socialist transformation in the Right Qorqin Middle Banner.With an objective review of the socialist transformation of agriculture and animal husbandry,summarize the historical inspiration and provide useful lessons for the future economic development of agriculture and animal husbandry in minority areas.First of all,this paper briefly outlines the process of the semi-agricultural and semipastoralization of the Right Qorqin Middle Banner since the late Qing Dynasty.Under the oppression of the feudal landlord class,this region ushered in the land reform in the agricultural area and the democratic reform in the semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas,and initially achieved the public ownership of land and animal husbandry.Secondly,making use of the relevant historical archives and literature,expounded the principles,policies,and methods set forth in the reform of socialism in Right Qorqin Middle Banner and the socialist transformation process of Right Qorqin Middle Banner.Thirdly,through the analysis of the agricultural and animal husbandry production conditions during the socialist transformation of Right Qorqin Middle Banner,find out the factors that affects the production of agriculture and animal husbandry,and summarizes their historical experience and inspiration.
