Study On Industrial Development And Spatial Layout Optimization Of Changchun New District

The nineteen party clearly pointed out that China's economic and social development entered the new era in an all-round way,and proposed the strategic task of building a modern economic system and regional coordinated development,as an important part of the regional development pattern of China,Northeast China has made important contributions to the national economic development.however,with the deepening of reform and opening up,the economy of the northeast region has declined obviously;since 2003,with the implementation of the first round of the Northeast Revitalization Strategy,the economic development of the northeast region has been gradually improved,but compared with the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta,the overall development of the northeast region is still backward.Since 2013,the state has implemented the second round of the Northeast Revitalization Strategy,intended to revitalize the Northeast in an all-round way so as to play a major role in the regional development pattern of China;in the new round of Northeast revitalization process,in order to accelerate the rise of the northeast economy,the state has approved the construction of Dalian and Harbin new area successively,the new area of Changchun was approved in 2016.The establishment of Changchun new area has become the third strategic engine for the rise of the northeast,speeding up the construction of the new Changchun new area,promoting the opening of Jilin province to the outside world,creating a new growth pole,promoting the implementation of innovation driven development strategy,and providing a strong guarantee for the overall revitalization of the old industrial base in Jilin.Industrial development is the core support and power source of the regional economic and social development,and the quality of industrial development is directly related to the success or failure of the development and construction of the new area;and the rational distribution of industry and the rational allocation of production factors affect the vitality of the industry and the new area,therefore,the study of industrial development and layout optimization is long.The new area of spring is of great significance.Based on this,first of all,on the premise of combing and summarizing the domestic and foreign research on industrial development and spatial layout optimization and the related basic theory,this paper summarizes the existing problems by analyzing the status of industrial development and spatial distribution in the new Changchun new area.Secondly,using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative,it compares the industrial development experience of the national new area and distinguishes the leading industrial structure in Changchun,determines the industrial composition of the new Changchun new area and puts forward the classification of the industrial optimization strategy.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of industrial layout in Changchun new area,this paper puts forward the overall thinking and optimization scheme of industrial optimization in Changchun new area,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of industrial space layout.The research will be to speed up the implementation of the "new build a Changchun Belt and Road Initiative" national strategy,an important platform for a new round of Northeast China an important growth pole of Changchun towards the Northeast Asia regional center of the city's core strategy provides a theoretical basis,and provides practical reference for the revitalization of the old industrial base of Jilin province...
