Development Research On Jinan’s Newly Urbanized Industrial Area Of Important District

New urbanization will lead to another boost in the economy of China, but also isthe inevitable choice for the future development of China’s urbanization.On the basis of the requirements of new urbanization development, this articledefines the concept of new urbanization and takes the development of industry as thecore motivation in promoting new urbanization, in order to better understanding of thedynamic mechanism of the development of urbanization. By referring to previousresearch, the article further explores the mechanism of urbanization through studyingthe progress of urbanization both in here and abroad. The experiences and lessonsfrom existing urbanization are regarded as the foundation of the development of newpattern urbanization.The requirements of the new urbanization has deep roots, and regionaleconomics, industrial economics, human geography, science and other disciplines.The new urbanization content cover a wide range, but it is undeniable that thedevelopment of the industry is the main driving force of the new urbanization, thisstudy is the combination on the basis of the analysis of the new urbanization JinanUrban Development Status and industrial park development status analysis the Jinanindustrial park within the industrial structure and layout of the analysis of the problemof the existence of the city area industrial park.Firstly, the article defines the concept and conditions of key areas of new patternurbanization. The article applies location quotient to compare the industrialstructure between Jinan and the whole country, and chooses the two traditionalindustries, three leading industries, four emerging industries which will lead the trendof industrial development and labor intensive industries which are regarded asessential industries for small town development as the dominant industries of Jinan.
