In recent years,it is becoming a hot topic in management to study the socialization of employee organization.Meanwhile,the young generation(born after 1985)are graduating from school to job market,which not only provides new blood to the market but also has a huge impact on the traditional management theory.It is an interesting but also important topic to understand the characteristics of socialization of new generation employee organization and what challenges will be brought to the HR department in company.Therefore,the author would use an example at company J to study how to improve the socialization of new generation employee organization.First,the author summarizes the research of socialization theory in recent years.Based on a comprehensive review of existing theories,the author will start from the reality of company J,through the collection of management data and employee interview,to determine the socialization impact factors of new generation employee organization at company J.Then a questionnaire survey will be prepared based on the current status of company J and mature scales around the world.Second,after sorting out the study results of company J,the author use statistical methods such as correlation analysis,regression analysis and variation analysis to conduct in-depth understanding of survey results to verify the influencing factors and major obstacles.Through analysis,the study summarizes three main factors that impact the socialization of new generation employees and identifies them as improving options.Thirdly,based on the organization socialization and other HR management theory,the author proposes specific measures to improve socialization of new generation employee organization at company J.In the end,the author summarizes the full paper,forms opinions,analyses defects,and hopefully will improve them in future study and practices.
