Organizational socialization refers to the process that the stuff adjusts to a new role, adapt themselves, and they are converted into the insider of the organization. Organizational socialization not only saves the high cost spending on secondary employment, but also promotes the identification, commitment, and job satisfaction among the stuff. The main purpose of organizational socialization is to integrate the stuff into the organization, making them qualified to establish communication with members of other organization, thus improve their work performance and bring down the inclination of resigning. Such problems may bring the cost in selection, management and training, even instabilities of the organization structure and the loss of talents. The inadaptability of stuff may bring more risk and loss to themselves.By the way of investigation on the type of questions and answers, the paper explores and researches the obstacle that employees are confronted with, which connects the process with the content of organizational socialization. Hope to analysis the troubles that were encountered and to work out the strategy on the basis of how to analysis these problems, which can make organizational socialization more effective.Meanwhile, the stuff could also figure out means and tactics, thus to develop their career.According to the obstacle factors analysis and study on organizational socialization, we come to the following conclusion:1. the obstacle factors could be construed as four specific areas:competency, organizational commitment, support from team colleagues and the application of organizational socialization strategy.2. obstacle factors of organizational socialization are related to working efficiency, organizational commitment, the inclination of resigning, etc.3. Highly significant difference of obstacle factors of organizational socialization has been found in the employees from different background.
