Research On The Mode Of Creating Special Towns In Anhui Province

With the rapid development of China's economy,the economy presents a new normal.In order to promote industrialization reform and maintain sustained economic growth in rural and urban areas,integration of urban and rural areas has become a priority in recent years.In 2015,the Zhejiang Provincial Government issued the "Guiding Opinions of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province on Accelerating the Planning and Construction of Characteristic Towns",which first proposed the concept of characteristic town and provided a brand-new idea for the construction of urbanization in China.The research on the development model of characteristic towns is to better understand the advantages and disadvantages of urban and rural development from a new perspective,find the most suitable location and reasonable ideas,and then propose feasible solutions for the construction of better towns.This paper is based on the industrial agglomeration theory and the garden city movement,and takes the development model of characteristic towns as key research.First of all,through identifying the relevant concepts of industrial agglomeration and characteristic town,the paper clarifies the features of characteristic towns,the intrinsic link between the industrial base and features in the construction model.Then through analyzing garden city movement,it proposed that in order to speed up the urbanization construction,we should be good at discovering the advantages and disadvantages of urban and rural areas.Relying on its industrial advantages,it should exert its subjective initiative to create a new carrier for industrial and urban integration.Secondly,the paper makes an overall statement for the development model of characteristic towns,outlines and analyzes the categories of characteristic town construction models.Finally,based on the case analysis of the characteristic town construction model of Huangshan City in Anhui Province,the existing theories are combed and the advantages and disadvantages of the construction model are summarized.After that,the international experience and literature data of relevant types of characteristic towns abroad are analyzed and referenced to provide feasible suggestions to solve the problems in the construction of characteristic towns in Huangshan City.The paper shows that the development model of characteristic towns is based on the features of economy,society,culture,and resources of a country,an area,or a city.It summarizes and generalizes the basic construction model of urbanization,which is aimed at promoting the comprehensive effect of urbanization development and improving the urban and rural residents' living environment.This paper scientifically demonstrates that the construction of characteristic towns has a direct contribution to the economic development of Huangshan City,and puts forward feasible suggestions on the limitations of its development,which aims to provide ideas and references for the construction of characteristic towns in Huangshan City and even in Anhui Province.
