As the main investment subject of agriculture,With the growth of the new agricultural business entity,Their financial loans have shifted from the small amount of household consumption financing to the agricultural scale modernization industry production demand.Demand for money is growing,This is in contradiction with the reality of the shortage of funds in rural areas for a long time.It is an important measure to deepen the reform of rural land system and alleviate the shortage of rural funds.From 2015,the central file of rural contracted land management rights and property rights of rural housing mortgage loan work,about 2016 issued by the perfect rural land ownership,contract right,right "separation of division" opinions and a series of measures to deepen reform of rural land system.It can be said that the foundation of rural social economic system is the land system.Reasonable land system reform can not only promote agricultural economic development,maintain rural social stability,but also promote the healthy development of national economy.As an important reform of the rural land system,rural contracted land management rights property attribute is strengthened and the development,realize the management of rural land mortgage financing,to give farmers more property rights is an important means of important rich rural financial system.Around this core,anhui province,in combination with the different levels of land system reform in rural areas of the province,also actively carried out the promotion of mortgage financing for rural land management in pilot areas.In this paper,on the basis of collected literature at home and abroad,summarize comparison in different areas of the mortgage loan pattern,by designing the questionnaire from the Angle of the demand side farmers of the pilot areas of anhui province,the questionnaire survey to know about mortgage financing loan work.In view of the difficulties in this work and the factors affecting farmers' participation in mortgage financing of rural land management rights.On the one hand,the problem is summarized into a diagram to analyze the phenomenon.On the other hand,the Logistic regression model is used to test the influencing factors and find the difficulties and shortcomings in the current pilot work.In the end,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the government,legal,financial institutions,third-party guarantee companies and farmers themselves.
