KL company is a national high-tech enterprises,starting from 2000,mainly to temperature,pressure and temperature and humidity of the three series of sensors for R&D,production and sales of integrated business model,it's products are used in the steel industry,heating industry and automation equipments.In recent years,the financial crisis has made many iron and steel industry enterprises bankrupt and made them incorporate with each other,it also affects directly the company performance seriously.In ourcountry,the sensors industry has developed quickly and some potential person enter the industry one by one.And it has brought the keen competitions and the competition is more and more fierce.So how to make a correct choice and develop better is the key problem.We need to analyze and research the internal and external environment of KL Company so that we can make a correct choice and make a useful competitive strategy which fits KL Company.It will provide a confirm goalfor KL Company.Firstly,by analyzing the background of the sensor industry,the research direction and the main research methods are described.And describes the related theories of strategic management and competitive strategy,at the same time to the introduction of KL company.Secondly,by analyzing the macro-environment,the industrial competition environment and the company internal environment of the sensor industry,To known that KL company's opportunities and threats in the sensor industry market and advantages and disadvantages of the company itself.Through SWOT and QSPM matrix evaluation method for all kinds of opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages matching,analysis and evaluation.Finally,we known that KL company's competitive strategy market focus strategy.And offer constructive the safeguard measures for achieve competitive strategy,make the KL company completed strategic objectives.
