Multiple service window queuing model can be divided into series queue and parallel queue according to different window settings,This paper makes an economic analysis on the two service window queuing model.The m/m/1~?m/m/1 series-queueing model is a two-phase service through two windows and The m/m/2 parallel queuing model describes the customer accepting all services at any one of the two windows.For example:pharmacy to buy medicine,if the business is handled separately,customers need to line up in the payment window to pay,and then to the drug window queue to take medicine;Merge business,namely pay fees and take medicine to merge in one window,and keep the number of windows and service number unchanged,so that any window can handle two services at the same time,Customers only have to line up once and wait for any free window to process the payment and take the medicine at the same time.It is easy to see that the number of windows remains the same by merging two phases of business together,The m/m/1~?m/m/1 series-line queuing model can be transformed into a m/m/2parallel queueing model.Although consolidation may have an impact on service intensity,But it can reduce the time of queues,This may shorten the customer's stay;Service skill of service providers will be better when business is not merged,thereby enhancing service intensity.Based on the different service intensity,how to decide whether the two stage business merges or not is the first problem to be solved in this article.In this paper,the customer utility function and corporate income function of"Income-cost"are constructed by quantifying the decision intention of customers and companies,and the two queuing models are used to construct the customer utility function and the corporate income function,respectively.The two models of customer utility and corporate income were compared and studied separately,According to the maximization of customer benefit or the maximization of company income,the optimal model is selected,and the window service mode is set up reasonably.The economic decision condition is added to the two-stage parallel queuing model of foundation.Comparing two queuing models,the optimal choice of the model can be solved.But the simple two-stage economic queuing model can not satisfy the complex queuing problems such as computer transportation and so on.One or more decision conditions,such as priority,vacation and so on,are added to the basic queuing model,which makes the queuing model more in line with the queuing phenomenon in real life.In this paper,the vacation condition is added to the m/m/2 parallel queuing model.The economic analysis of m/m/2 parallel vacation queuing model is carried out.Under the partially visible condition,knowing that the captain does not know the service state,the equilibrium pure threshold strategy and the mixed equilibrium threshold strategy are discussed from the customer's point of view,which is another time to add the single vacation condition to the continuous time economic queuing model.Because in the actual queue,customers often have the right to decide whether to enter the system or not.It is a hot point of current research that the object of decision research be defined as customer.Based on the"revenue-cost"structure of customer utility,the income and expenditure equation of single vacation queuing system is constructed.The steady-state distribution of the system is obtained by solving the difference equation,and the results are verified by numerical analysis.
