Research On Information Management Of Housing Provident Fund In Huainan

Housing public accumulation fund(HPAF)system,which originates from Shanghai and moves across country in 1990s,is a fundamental housing system for urban employees.With the rapid development of nearly two decades,HPAF system has transformed into a national housing public accumulation structure which is led by national housing and urban-rural construction segment been and based on more than 300 national housing fund management centers,furthermore,serves more than 100 million of employees who are in this system.The national housing fund can be considered as large as a state-owned commercial banks in various aspects,such as the scale of funds,the scope of business and the size of the participants.Since entering the new century,information technology has had greater and greater influence on all areas of our society with the "Internet plus" representing this new trend.Information technology has gradually become an important aspect of the national governance system,the report of the Nineteen Party Congress pointed out that industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization should be synchronized with the advance of information technology which actively participate in and promote the process of economic globalization,develop the open type of higher level of economy,improve China's economic and national strength,"enhance the reforming and innovative ability,maintain entrepreneurial spirit,progress with combining the actual work and creative thoughts,good carry out work with using the Internet technology and information technology".The information management of housing fund is the application of new management that conforms to the development of the times and technological progress in the housing accumulation fund industry.It is the specific implementation of Xi-Jinping's basicThis paper takes Huainan city housing fund management center as the research object,analyzes the information management situation,determines the problems of current management and figures out the reasons.With the information management theory,data and cases,learnings from the advanced experiences of other domestic areas of housing fund information management,comparative analysis method of research,and other scientific methods,this paper put forward the countermeasure proposal of Huainan city housing fund management,realize the organic unity of its information management objectives,measures and other aspects of security,constructs a practical information management system.This paper also combines a series of guidelines for state housing and Urban Construction Department of housing fund information in the past two years,gathered the problems and shortcomings of implementing "basic data access standard" by the Huainan city housing fund management center housing fund and constructing the national housing fund settlement system and integrated service platform.Furthermore,this paper provides the significant proposal of construction and a guarantee for the construction of high quality network of Huainan national housing fund system under the new environment.Management center has certain representation in the third or fourth line of the city in terms of the hardware,environment,personnel,technology and other aspects of the condition.This paper proposes some methods of the information development planning,system construction,network security management,business process information,information environment which has certain significance in other areas of other fund management department in similar situation.
