strategy,development path,development direction and focus.The "green" concept of development is the eighteen largest proposed "to build a beautiful new China" requirement,the general secretary Xi Jinping on several occasions of "new normal" direction of development,follow the economic laws of scientific development,the laws of nature and sustainable development,social rules of inclusive development of a new idea,through the overall scientific planning,to upgrade and structural adjustment,entrepreneurship and innovation in the macro control.The construction of beautiful countryside and deepen the construction of a new socialist countryside key project.The construction of the beautiful rural area in Longwan has undergone various stages from 2014 onwards,the layout in 2015,the promote the new rural construction and the construction of ecological civilization and the main starting point,achieve planning,focus,improve the mechanism,work together to complete the preliminary the axis of the ancient city Village cultural boutique line,and combined with the tourism sector to build modern agriculture and tourism,Yongchang Bao Yalin area,Zheng Zhailian love culture park based tourism line.Showing a typical metro,two Ao,Zhu Zhai,riverside,Yao village and a number of the beautiful countryside,the new Yao Xi Huang Ao Cun,6 Boutique Beach village,Yong Yu Chi Cun Tan tou Cun,effectively changing the backwardness of the rural infrastructure,improve rural living conditions,reduced the gap between urban and rural development,the progress of the work achieved remarkable success.This paper first use of agricultural science,economy and management,the theory of competitive strategy analysis,and from the agriculture and tourism links in the search for and describes the diversity of the construction of the beautiful countryside,and then using the data analysis,literature analysis and other methods of Wenzhou District of Longwan beautiful countryside construction rural resources in Longwan district from seven aspects.The fourth part is the development and analysis of the beautiful rural market in Longwan district.The author regards the construction of beautiful countryside as a market development project.Through a case study,this paper comprehensively discusses the prospects for the development of beautiful rural construction in Longwan at this stage.The fifth part is the optimization suggestion of the construction of beautiful countryside in Longwan district.As a comprehensive summary and comprehensive discussion of the first part of the thesis,is what the most important,the new period put forward feasible suggestions,enhance the practical value of this paper.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.It is a summary and outlook of practical significance in Longwan district.2,there are some misunderstandings in the construction of beautiful rural areas,and the lack of construction at this stage.The main reason is that the government investment and attention are inadequate,and simply relying on a department to promote the implementation of its less targeted methods.3,the construction of the beautiful countryside in the new period should be integrated into the planning of the villages at the same time.4,beautiful rural follow-up construction is weak,in the investigation of the object of visit,the masses of the beautiful rural sustainable development attention is higher,and its demands and government requirements there are some differences.5,beautiful rural construction is not only supporting facilities and
