Because of the global integration,competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The survival environment of the enterprise faces the dual challenges for speed and efficiency so that the employees feel more and more stressed.Banking plays an important role in the development of the national economy.However,the development of the national economy is a doubled-edged sword for it,which brings opportunities and challenges.High quality and professional services is the security of the growth and development of banking.Practitioners in banking,as the operators for various and concrete working,is under enormous pressure.Make a self-administered questionnaire survey on the employees in the banks of Fuxin.300 questionnaires were distributed randomly and 214 valid questionnaires.Then,the data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0,analyzing the difference of their working pressure,is to explore the main sources of working pressure of bank employees and analyze the difference between the stress reaction coming from the difference of the banking and individual.The research results show that,the overall work stress on the employees of Fuxin banks is at a medium level.The individual level in terms of their own quality and ability,work stress of state-owned commercial bank employees is obviously higher than those working in the non-state-owned commercial banks and the pressure of male practitioners is lower than female practitioners.In addition,graduate of high school and the following practitioners feel more stressed on working compared to the practitioners who are university graduates as well as the practitioners whose work experience are between 4 and 6 years are more stressful than those are in workforce for the following two years and more than ten years.Furthermore,the technical requirements of the higher employees such as technical personnel and product manager feel more stressed than that of the lower employees such as bank tellers.Moreover,the management of employees feel more stressed than non-management employees in terms of interpersonal communication and the role of demand.The level of organization in terms of the lack of motivation,the pressure on the lack of motivation has a strong influence on bank employees in common.In terms of working environment and atmosphere,the unmarried,as the main staff of the bank,conflict with the traditional organizational culture of state-owned commercial bank,which is based on seniority.The practitioners,whose average monthly income is above 10000 Yuan,are under more enormous pressure than those other income ranges.Because of the energy dispersive between the family and a career,the pressure on the aspects of technological updating,competition of the married practitioners is obviously higher than that of unmarried practitioners.Based on the research findings,I will offer some specific suggestions to alleviate the working pressure of practitioners in the Fuxin banks from several aspects are as follows.Firstly,improve the remuneration system and establish a fair mechanism in the organization,create a comfortable working environment and harmonious working atmosphere,strengthen learning and improve their professional skills and qualities and so on from the level of organization.Secondly,be familiar with work process and clarify responsibilities,make reasonable work arrangements as well as take effective time management,and strengthen the career planning and so on from the work level.Finally,have an optimistic attitude to the pressure,strengthen the interpersonal communication ability as well as keep healthy lifestyles and so on from the individual level.
