Research On Collective Economic Development Problems And Countermeasures Of H Village,Enyang District,Bazhong City

As an important component of rural economy,rural collective economy is one of the economic bases for realizing rural revitalization.Developing and expanding rural collective economy is of great significance for consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,promoting agricultural and rural modernization,achieving the general requirements of rural revitalization,promoting common prosperity,and finally realizing the vision of rural revitalization.This paper focuses on the development of collective economy in villages with weak collective economy,takes H village in Bazhong City as the research object,and takes the status quo of village collective economy development in H village as the research entry point.Through questionnaire survey and interview,on the basis of analyzing the basic conditions of village collective economy development in H village and summarizing its current development characteristics,By in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of collective economic development in H village,it is believed that there are still problems such as lack of long-term planning,unreasonable management structure,low credibility of village cadres and low participation of villagers in collective economic development in H village at this stage.Combined with the analysis of the collective economic development mode of the advanced village in the domestic collective economic development,the collective economic development experience is summarized,and the appropriate countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the collective economic development of H village.This paper argues that the development and expansion of collective economy is a systematic project,which requires the joint efforts of the government,collective economic managers and ordinary villagers.The core is to mobilize the active participation of the masses and stimulate the internal power.The key is to activate the production quantity and invigorate the collective resources,and the strong support from the government is an important guarantee for realizing the rapid development of collective economy.Leveraging social capital is a powerful support for promoting collective economic development.The suggestions on the collective economic development of H village include: strengthening the basic guarantee of collective economic development;Activate the endogenous development power of the village;Strictly implement the democratic supervision system;Accelerate the implementation of "separation of politics and economy";Revitalize resources and assets;Establish social service organizations.
