The Model Construction And Empirical Study Of Knowledge Innovation Capability In Panzhihua

The establishment of Panxi's strategic development zone for the development of strategic resources provides a platform for the implementation of innovative driving strategies in Panzhihua.Emphasizing that knowledge innovation is a supporting strategy for improving the level of urban economic development and innovation,and must be placed at the heart of the overall development.Based on the theory of knowledge innovation capability,this paper analyzes the components of the regional knowledge innovation capability through literature analysis,uses the DEMATEL method to select six key influencing factors from these elements,and builds the Panzhihua Knowledge Innovation Capability Model through an improved production function.,and combined with statistical data for empirical research.Its research results and innovations are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the components of the knowledge innovation capability,the four indicators of knowledge acquisition,knowledge innovation,knowledge application,and knowledge innovation environment were selected as the constituent elements that influence the regional knowledge innovation capability,and were selected from the DEMATEL method.Six key factors that influence the ability of knowledge innovation.(2)Using the principal component analysis method to obtain the calculation formula of Panzhihua's knowledge innovation ability,and constructing Panzhihua's knowledge innovation capability model through the improved production function,and using the statistical data of Panzhihua from 2005 to 2015 to conduct an empirical analysis.The results of the study show that the six factors are positively related to Panzhihua,and the degree of impact from the largest to the smallest is: new technological economic benefits,per capita GDP,technological transformation funding,R&D personnel full-time equivalent per million people,patents Number of applications and technical market turnover.(3)Combining with the empirical results,we have proposed corresponding policy recommendations for the improvement of knowledge innovation capability in Panzhihua: from the perspective of knowledge acquisition,we must promote technology market transactions and promote product import and export trade;from the perspective of knowledge creation,we should focus on enterprises.Establish a knowledge innovation system,introduce and cultivate R&D personnel,increase investment in technological transformation and increase patent output;from the perspective of knowledge application,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the use of patents;from the perspective of knowledge innovation,we should strengthen the construction of basic environmental facilities and establish talents.To attract and manage mechanisms,develop higher education models that suit local conditions,and strengthen knowledge innovation support policies.The knowledge innovation capability model proposed in the study can provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of knowledge innovation capability in Panzhihua,and can also provide reference for other regions and enterprises to formulate relevant policies and allocate resources reasonably.This achievement has the theoretical value and high practical significance to improve the regional knowledge innovation environment,enhance the innovation ability,and enhance the competitiveness of the city.
