Under the new situation,the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way has been continuously promoted.People are also demanding higher and higher quality of life.Although high-rise buildings are flattening the ground,there are still a large number of residents living in shabby shanty towns for reasons of life.This is not only a visual impact,but also a scar in the development of our cities and a new era of building a prosperous and strong democracy The goal of a civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern nation is seriously out of line.Renovation of the shantytowns is a means of urban renewal and also a major policy of benefiting the people.The financial support of local governments is the basic condition for the smooth transformation of shantytowns.At present,although the development of urbanization in China is relatively stable,and the quality of development is gradually improving,However,the progress of shantytowns reconstruction projects in some areas is still in a buffer period due to the large demand for funds,irrational financing structure,slow implementation of policies and inadequate fund management.Therefore,studying the local government funding support policy during the reconstruction of the shantytowns can not only provide some theoretical guidance for the current shedding work in China,but also provide some suggestions for the deepening and perfection of the shantytowns reconstruction.Urbanization is of great significance.In this paper,by using case analysis and literature research,both at home and abroad about the shanty towns transformation in the process of local government funded research,combining the current situation of the financial support of local government in our country in recent years,turn shantytowns into new housing areas,break through the traditional research Angle of view,the local government financial support as a new point of view,and some parts of the concrete practice,the problems existing in current local government support turn shantytowns into new housing areas for the study of concrete.In recent years,the renovation of shantytowns in some areas of China has achieved fruitful results,implemented the policy of benefiting the people in China to live in peace,alleviated the pressure of de-stocking and improved the use efficiency of funds.However,there are still many problems in the financial support of local governments during the renovation of shantytowns in China.Such problems as large demand for project funds,unreasonable financing structure,slow implementation of policies and inadequate capital management have seriously affected the progress of shantytown reconstruction and the construction of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.To solve above problems,we put forward to strengthen PengGai capital subject diversification,strengthen PengGai marketization of operation process,strengthening PengGai method allocate funds scale and countermeasures such as strengthening PengGai money management standardization.
