Research On The Potential Evaluation Of Generic Technology Industrialization Based On Rough Set

As the emphasis of the "13th five-year" industrial transformation and upgrading strategy,breaking through the key generic technologies to enhance the competitiveness of the industry is a must.However,the popularization and application of generic technology in key areas and strategic emerging industries are still in the preliminary exploration stage.Generic technologies are widely used across industries,industries and fields.Therefore,how to identify the generic technology application with outstanding industrialization potential is the most critical difficulty in the industrialization application.This paper aims to address "how to evaluate the industrialization potential of one or more generic technologies".Firstly,it reviewed the research results of the generic technology and its industrialization and the theoretical results of the rough set theory.Secondly,from the concept of generic technology industrialization potential,characteristics and influence the main body,it summed up the domestic and foreign scholars.Through the supply,demand,industrialization condition,expected benefit and external environment,the comprehensive evaluation index system of the generic technology industrialization potential of 21 secondary indexes is constructed.Thirdly,based on rough set method for the applicability of the generic technology industrialization potential evaluation,the basic steps to construct the evaluation model based on rough set,Rosetta software to study the index system of index reduction and empowerment of attribute importance,concrete operation process,put forward the method of generic technology based on rough sets and industrialization potential comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,the result of model is applied to the practice of low temperature plasma technology,as well as Nanjing Suman Plasma Technology co.LTD.The interdisciplinary application of low temperature plasma example,packaging and printing of low temperature plasma technology,industrial waste gas treatment,waste gas processing,textiles and tow,auto parts manufacturing nine applications such as supply,demand and industrialization,expected benefits,and the external environment index evaluation,the generic technology industrialization potential evaluation model built in this paper are verified and elucidated.From the analysis perspective of application field units,this paper constructed the potential evaluation model of generic technology industrialization.The model is suitable for one or more of the specific application field of generic technology,targeted for the government to make industry major projects and provide decision-making basis for all kinds of support policies,select applications to provide methodological guidance for generic technology diffusion involving the industrial generic technology companies,colleges and universities,research institutes to agglomerate resources to promote industrialization of generic technology.
