The Application Of Data Mining In The Cost Management Of YL Company

In the era of the information explosion and the rise of the internet,the exponential growth of data and the demand for enterprise information have had an impact on the traditional cost management.How to better mine the effective information in the data and provide an efficient way and method for cost management is worth Consideration of the problem.Data mining,as a core technology for processing big data,can deal with large and complex data very efficiently.Therefore,this paper explores the process and method of applying data mining in enterprise cost management in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,a case study of the management accounting unit YL company,in-depth study of the company's cost management status quo,according to the actual cost control of the work status and needs,the establishment of a multi-dimensional cost control data warehouse model and study the fuzzy Application of Clustering Algorithm(FCM)in Cost Management.Specifically,this paper mainly carried out the following research:(1)A large number of literatures are studied,and the current data mining research and data mining application in cost management are deeply studied and analyzed.Based on the theoretical analysis of data mining and cost management,lay a solid foundation.(2)On the basis of the complicated source of cost data,large amount of data and limitation of cost data analysis,YL company put forward the scheme of using data warehouse technology,using ETL(Extract-Transform-Load)data source strategy to integrate different data sources into Cost data warehouse.The design structure of cost data warehouse is put forward.By establishing a multi-dimensional cost analysis system,it provides multi-dimensional cost data for enterprise managers and designs a multi-dimensional cost analysis report template for the company.(3)By analyzing the problem of backwardness of YL company's cost,this paper selects fuzzy clustering analysis algorithm(FCM)to analyze the cost of materials,which is the main component of product cost,Error analysis should be more accurate.Based on the analysis of the actual cost management of enterprises,this paper puts forward the application of data warehouse technology and fuzzy clustering algorithm,hoping to meet the needs of enterprise cost management and provide references for the data mining in the cost management.
