Study On Spatial Pattern Of Urban Agriculture And Its Optimizing Countermeasures Based On Functional Perspective

As people realize urban agriculture play a positive role in dealing with the problems of urbanization,promoting urban and rural integration,improving Three Rural Issues,etc.Urban agriculture is high hopes in urban development and become an indispensable new driving force.As one of the first cities in China to put forward urban agriculture,Guangzhou city still lags behind.The development of urban agriculture in Guangzhou is severely restricted by various current situation,such as single mode of urban agriculture manage,lack of high-end industry,lack of competitiveness,lack of reasonable planning and management,and chaotic spatial pattern.As an important city in the Pearl River Delta economic circle,Guangzhou should play a leading role in the construction of urban agriculture,and it is urgent to explore the optimization of spatial pattern of urban agriculture.Under the guidance of agricultural urbanism,multifunctional agriculture and agricultural demand theory,this paper puts forward the idea,principle and technical framework of urban agricultural spatial pattern optimization.This paper mainly uses empirical study,questionnaire survey,comprehensive evaluation method and GIS spatial analysis method.Use Shilou town in Panyu district and Lanhe town in Nansha district as empirical research area,the spatial pattern of urban agriculture was analyzed from the microscopic perspective of urban agricultural production space.Then,through the optimization analysis,the function division of urban agriculture in the study area was proposed,and the development countermeasures of each functional area were put forward.The main conclusions can be drawn as follows:(1)This paper defines urban agriculture as agricultural production space distributed within and around the city.It is a multi-functional agriculture for planting or farming.It makes full use of urban advantages for production,brings economic,social and ecological benefits to the city,and provides agricultural products,employment opportunities,and leisure places for urban residents.According to the production mode of farmland,urban agriculture is divided into three types: planted urban agriculture,cultured urban agriculture and mixed urban agriculture.By analyzing the social and economic development stage of Guangzhou,the functions of urban agriculture are divided into three aspects: economic producing function,ecosystem service function and leisure culture function.(2)In 2015,the economic producing function of urban agriculture in Shilou town showed a pattern of high in the south and low in the north;the ecosystem service function showed a pattern of high in the west side of Lotus Mountain Waterway,and low in the Seagull Island and the northern region;the leisure culture function showed a pattern of high and decreasing in the central region;the total function on the west side of Lotus Mountain Waterway is the strongest,followed by the Seagull Island,and the northern region is the weakest.The economic production function of urban agriculture in Lanhe town has a distribution pattern of intercropping;the ecosystem service function showed a pattern of high in the east and low in the west;the leisure culture function presents a circle pattern with the central region as the core;the total function is based on the Lanhe River,and the total function in the north of the river is stronger than that in the south of the river.The economic producing function is affected by the terrain,the fragmentation and the average values;the ecosystem service function is affected by the type of urban agriculture and the fragmentation;the leisure culture function is affected by the type of urban agriculture,the consumption preference and the traffic distance.(3)Combining the results of spatial pattern analysis of urban agriculture,consumption demand preferences analysis and regional leading function analysis,based on the present distribution of urban agriculture,this article identifies the leading functions and key development directions of urban agriculture in each region of the study area,and perform functional division of urban agriculture in the study area.This paper puts forward five functional area of urban agriculture in Shilou town,respectively,the central landscape agriculture area,the northern high-quality-efficiency agriculture area,the southern tourism agriculture area,the Seagull Island modern agriculture area and the Lotus Mountain characteristic agriculture area.As well as the four functional area of urban agriculture in LanHe town,they are the central tourism agriculture area,the northern high-tech agriculture area,the southern tourism agriculture area and the western scale agricultural area.Finally,this paper presents the corresponding countermeasures for urban agricultural development.
