Research On Product Design Mode Of Real Estate Project Of Health Care And Support For The Aged Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine

In recent years,the market demand for health care and pension housing projects has expanded with the society entering the aging society,the old housing industry is becoming a new industry to be developed urgently,and the old-age concept gradually shifted to the direction of traditional Chinese medicine for health care and pension of the old people's,the development of traditional Chinese medicine health care and endowment real estate project is facing great opportunities for development.The paper studied the needs of the urban elderly in Kunming for the home old-age housing model from three aspects of living care,health care service and culture and entertainment using questionnaire analysis and other methods.The paper putted forward the characteristics,overall product design and development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine health care and pension housing project on the basis.The research contents of the paper were as follows:First,the paper summarized the related concepts of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation,analyzed the social stage and the emergence and development of health care retirement housing in China,and made a theoretical summary of the product design mode of pension real estate.Second,the paper made a practical investigation of the needs of the urban elderly in Kunming,and discussed the daily life care needs,health care needs and cultural and entertainment needs of the elderly adopting the questionnaire survey.Third,the paper studied the product design mode,design principle,design concept and overall design requirements of the traditional Chinese medicine health care and pension housing project.According to the needs of elderly people living in the home,the product design strategy of health care and pension housing project was studied from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine and nursing for the aged.Fourth,the product design of practice mode and service strategy of the project was given based on the Xinglin garden health care and pension housing project as an example,and through empirical analysis of the project to research a more wide coverage,higher efficiency of the market operation system.The conclusion of the paper was to help the elderly to provide a new way of life,reduced the pressure of endowment enterprise and society,to help the Chinese government put forward the security requirements,to achieve a scientific endowment to help promote China's elderly undertakings made further development.At the same time,the research of the thesis was also the cross boundary cooperation and innovation development between the traditional Chinese medicine industry and the old-age housing estate industry.
