With the continuous development of the global financial market,the domestic financial market business is in full swing.The financial market business is more in line with the transformation needs of major banks than the traditional credit business.Therefore,it is also increasingly valued by banks.Banks are increasingly demanding the profitability of financial market lines.In terms of performance appraisal,China's commercial banks lack a scientific and sophisticated performance appraisal system.The bank's strategic goals cannot be decomposed to individuals through scientific methods.The income gap and the inequitable distribution have also led to brain drain.The backwardness of the performance appraisal system has become a bottleneck for the development of domestic commercial banks.The financial market of China's commercial banks must actively adjust strategic objectives and establish a performance assessment system that matches the strategic objectives,comprehensively improve the innovation capabilities of financial market-related products,and pay attention to planning for the employees' careers;at the same time,new performance evaluations The system should focus on the development strategy of the line,combine the depth of the line performance with individual performance,improve the subjective initiative of each employee,and achieve the strategic objectives;performance appraisal indicators should take into account both long-term indicators and short-term indicators,taking into account the outcome indicators and process indicators.Balance the relationship between quality and efficiency.The research of the dissertation adopts literature review method,interview research method,etc.,through the research on the current performance appraisal system of theX-Bank Suzhou branch's financial market line,and uses related theories such as performance and performance appraisal to deeply analyze the existence of the line performance appraisal system.The realistic issues clearly put forward the viewpoint of establishing a line strategy-oriented performance appraisal system based on the performance appraisal tool of the Balanced Scorecard,and optimized the performance appraisal system of the X-Bank Suzhou Branch's financial market line to promote the overall management capability of the line.Promote.This article hopes to provide some references for improving the status quo of China's banking financial market performance evaluation through the example analysis of the X-Bank Suzhou branch's financial market bar.
