As the living standard enhanced, consumers pay more and more attentions on the qualities of merchandise. The chain-store management mode earns more and more consumers because of its good reputation, its unique management and its unified specification. Now in China chain-store management mode is becoming prevailed. The key characteristics of chain-stores are unified quality and quantity. In order to keep the quality and quantity same,we usually dispatch and deliver raw material or commode by overall management. The advantage of overall management is that we can assure the uniformity of goods and maintain the reputation of chain-stores.But overall dispatching need a comprehensive arrangement. We must consider the location of stores, quantity demands, timing, load carrying capacity of transport and traffic conditions.Nowadays most of the dispatching is based on experience,we lack of theory guidance, which will cause low efficiency of delivery and waste of resources. This paper observed this problem and we summarize the existing method of route optimization. They are neither too complex nor cannot give out a satisfied solution,so there is no usable method to settle down the problem of distribution optimal path.In this paper we come up with a new method based on electromagnetic-like algorithm and it can solve optimal delivery path very well.In the text we will elaborate the electromagnetic-like algorithm and give out mathematic equations. We will also calculate the complexity of the new method and compare it with classic genetic algorithm. At last we find the new method can obtain a more optimal solution by using less calculation than genetic algorithm.
