The resource-based industry is based on the exploration, protection, renewal, and utilization of the mineral, biotechnology, climate, land and other natural resources, and it is also a productive, operational and service system relying on the exploitation and processing of resources, especially natural resources. To achieve the integration of management and control, how to improve the level of knowledge management from the systematic control under the"mathematical model-based, data-based, and knowledge-based"computable conditions has become a hot spot in the fields of control science and engineering research in recent years. Since the industrial management and the reliability of the controlling computed results is effected directly by the space state parameters as well as the unreasonable computing mode, this paper has discussed and studied deeply on the generating model algorithm to the operating characteristics and the interactive methods of information-aware based on the above problems with several application examples, including the following aspects:Firstly, the dynamic applied study on the fuzzy logic is achieved under conditions of the stochastic, fuzzy and incomplete information, and the diagnosis model of fuzzy inference has been designed to realize the dynamic characteristics, then the algorithm is generated in the known characteristics to respond to the dynamic and unforeseen disturbance events in the actual production and take controls effectively and dynamically. This method is used successfully to the remote diagnosis of plant diseases and insect pests in the Inner Mongolia.Secondly, to monitor the characteristic parameters in real-time and describe quantitatively on the industry, the research is made to predict dynamic characteristics of parameters by the approach of the high-density discrete gray systematic modeling, and a predictive control algorithm has been designed based on the multi-variable and gray-based discrete modeling. The algorithm is applied on predicting the sclerotium number in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia in success.Next, a multi-level comprehensive fuzzy evaluation in decision-making model is established and the corresponding algorithm to some information given is made to the issue of multi-objective adaptive assessment in the light of the multi objective and dimensional, vague and incomplete properties existing in the comprehensive evaluation on resource-based industries. The algorithm is adopted successfully in the optimal decision-making on the planning and production options used for the animal feed of Inner Mongolia farming. Finally, the intelligent information-aware and interactive is studied and a reconfigurable parallel program is proposed on the perception and interaction demands under the"mathematical model-based, data-based, and knowledge-based"computable conditions, using the hardware technology being realized in system. The simulation results show that the effective of the method on achieving the fuzzy perception and reasoning. In general, the studies in the paper enriches and broadens the theory and applications of the information-based technique and the comprehensive automatic technique further, and improves the capability of solving the practical control and decision-making problems by the intelligent algorithm. And then a scientific basis and some systematic integration methods are provided with realizing the integrations of management and control in Inner Mongolia, enhancing the level of industrial info research and developing the local services products characteristically for the resource-based info industry.
