The foundation's role is to publicly raise funds for the public and conduct charitable work to help the government provide public services.In recent years,the number of foundations and the number of donations have increased.But,under the rapid growth of a domestic fund scandal gradually revealed,such as the staff of extravagance,disclosure of financial statements is not true of transaction data,etc.,lead to public calls for financial transparency is higher and higher.The foundation has the characteristics of not making profit,completing the mission of the organization,organizing goal diversity,etc.,so that it cannot be evaluated by the profit of the general enterprise.The foundation has the resource dependence and the property rights public welfare,and needs to evaluate its organizational and social influence from the efficiency,social benefit,economy and other dimensions of its operation.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct the performance management of the foundation,conduct a comprehensive study on the accounting system of non-profit organizations,and establish an effective accounting system that meets the needs of the public and its own development.From the perspective of performance accounting,accounting in detail in this paper,the performance of six major accounting elements,design and optimize the foundation donated and buying public goods list,foundations,cash flow performance table,business activity is a single project performance table,the foundation resources debt performance table,table foundation,operating performance,fund performance indicators analysis table,etc.
